I did some research on types and materials and settled on this harmonica. It looked amazing in the pictures I've seen and upon arrival I was not at all disappointed! It looks stunning and when played it sounds amazing. Easy to get air in and out and having some quick success bending notes. I wanted a professional instrument and this is it. Mine is in the key of A because of the songs I needed it for but I can tell I'll be getting more of these in the future. Very, very impressed!!

Sweet and Expressive

Received them as a Xmas present and I just couldn't put them down. From Xmas carols to blues to traditional folk songs them handled everything beautifully. Awesome just awesome.

I'm in love

Got the valved in C and must say it is smooth. Fantastic build quality and materials really come together to provide a full rich tone. The valves add another dimension to your sound.
And Musicians Webstore got it here in the blink of an eye. Great service and friendly too.
Highly recommended.

Great Build

Fits my hand perfectly, looks great, sounds great. Suzuki seems to be a step above. Requires very little air. In fact the valves are tough for a beginner until you learn to breathe properly. I prefer it to the Manji.

The Suzuki Promaster Valved

- 10/11/2009

I bought the standard nonvalved Promaster and was very happy. When I saw 3 Promaster valved, I picked all 3 of them up because the bellows sampling was just too good and I was expecting I'd give 1 away.

THen I played them and I'm not giving any away. I will snatch them up at any time. I plan to let an old friend try it out. He's played for 35 years and he doesn't deviate much from the Hohners. Let's see what he says.

Immaculate performance instrument

This instrument exceeds any expectations I had of it very quickly. As a completely blind first experience I've been able to pick up a huge amount of expressive technique in a very short time. Aesthetically it is a beautiful item, and it is satisfying in the hands and on the lips. Recommend as a starter "C" harp for an ambitious beginner or astute hobbyist.
